The theme of our 9th Annual Conference is:

As leaders we all want to create an environment where people are at their best & doing their best. We want workplaces that are THRIVING at work. That’s what this Conference is all about.

The Conference will be at Steele Wheels Motor Museum, 66 Otter Lake Court, Halifax and will feature two outstanding Key Note Speakers:

Gregor Jeffrey - an internationally renowned cognitive diversity expert & advocate for human potential. With his engaging presentation style Gregor will demonstrate the critical importance and potential of an empathetic leadership style - and those who attended this Conference in 2024 will all attest to Gregor being one of the best presenters ever!

Dr. Bill Howatt - PhD. and Founder & Chief Mental Health Officer of Howatt HR Consulting and one of Canada’s mostly highly sought speakers. His presentation will focus on tips to leading a psychologically safe workplace - now even more critical with the recent addition of stress related injuries under WCB. And the upcoming “bullying & harassment” amendments to the OH&S Act.

The Program will commence with Registration and Coffee between 8:00-9:00 am and conclude by 1:30 pm after a networking Lunch.
